〔記者萬于甄／台南報導〕鋒面強襲，台南今天上午雨勢不小，近午永康、大灣等多處路段積淹水情況逐漸傳出，警方也陸續封閉路段，並請用路人改道或是注意行車安全。
台南永康區目前封閉路段包含太子路往復興路1巷、自強路與正強路口、永大路與大灣一街口封鎖、復興路1巷及26巷、崑大路等，雨勢忽大忽小，多處路段雖有積淹水但仍可通行，雨勢變小後，積淹水情況也逐漸改善，但民眾務必多加小心注意。
其中，永康大灣一帶每逢大雨必積淹水，許多居民見怪不怪，一名住在大灣路與大灣六街的住戶感嘆，住了4、50年，積淹水問題卻無法解決，只能盼雨勢能趕緊緩和。
