鄰近南台科技大學的「霜花亭」,主打多種鬆餅與每日限定霜淇淋,研發超過30種口味的鬆餅,老闆鍾允盛強調,店內以日本進口麵粉搭配嚴選雞蛋和鮮奶為基底,再依口味需求調整原料比例,並融合不同食材做出多種鬆餅口味,他說:「淋醬確實是舒芙蕾厚鬆餅的口味靈魂,但我們不單靠淋醬變換口味,而是讓顧客光是吃鬆餅就像是在『喝奶茶』或『喝抹茶』,再加上外層配料和淋醬,讓整體味蕾享受再升級。」

這裡的超人氣舒芙蕾厚鬆餅,視季節與當日備料每日推出限定口味;另有口感紮實綿密的現煎厚鬆餅,鬆餅內層夾入起司或果醬,趁熱切開如同熔岩般流出,就連視覺也超享受。還提供自製無糖優格,以及特調果汁、鮮奶歐蕾、氣泡水和咖啡等飲品。
