〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕台南市今（23）日入夜後持續受到超大豪雨影響，台鐵晚間10點3分於臉書上指出，林鳳營與新營之間的溫厝廍溪橋受淹水影響，水位超過警戒線，因此該區域已於晚間9點50分起不開放東西線列車通行。
臉書粉絲專頁「FUN台鐵」貼出照片，當中顯示新營站北東山路平交道路面出現嚴重淹水，水位明顯高於軌道表面，為避免列車高速行駛發生打滑、出軌的可能，保障旅客安全，因此東西線已於晚間9點50分不開放列車通行。
