〔記者楊金城／台南報導〕台南市柳營區急水溪雙營橋上午9點有名男子疑由橋上跳下，掉落在橋下沙洲上，新營及柳營消防分隊前往救援，將男子送醫治療，意識清楚。
幸好沙洲鬆軟土壤減緩下墜力道，男子意識清楚，消防員用長背板將男子搬運至道路上，再由救護車送到柳營奇美醫院治療。
墜橋男子的機車停放雙營橋上，人疑攀爬過護欄後掉入新營、柳營交界的雙營橋下。
