[新頭殼newtalk] 注意！今（15）日西南風偏強，中央氣象局針對高雄市、屏東縣發布大豪雨特報，另外，雲林縣、嘉義縣、台南市也達豪雨等級，提醒民眾要注意。
中央氣象局表示，今日高雄市山區及屏東縣山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，雲林縣山區、嘉義縣山區、臺南市山區及高雄市平地、屏東縣平地有局部大雨或豪雨。
而台東山區、南投地區及嘉義、台南平地有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲，山區慎防坍方、落石及土石流，低窪地區請慎防淹水。
中央氣象局提醒，適逢大潮，低窪地區當雨勢明顯時請慎防積淹水，也由於連日降雨，山區請留意坍方、落石的發生。
