【日式鬆餅‧幸福滋味】Autumn舒芙蕾熱.鬆餅:軟Q上桌的美味

台南超人氣日式厚鬆餅店「Autumn舒芙蕾熱.鬆餅」,店內裝潢有些許日雜風格又帶些浪漫與童趣,老闆娘江若涵逗趣地說:「就是把喜歡的東西統統都裝進店裡,像是DIY花藝和酒瓶燈飾,以及特別選購的銅杯和波蘭陶瓷盤餐具,還有我最愛的日本厚鬆餅。」

店家以北海道寶笠果子用粉(100%小麥)搭配台南小農生產的鮮奶、雞蛋和香草籽製成鬆餅麵糊,做出口感濕潤滑順且兼具麵粉香與蛋香的原味厚鬆餅,疊3層高的厚鬆餅,每端上桌ㄉㄨㄞㄉㄨㄞ地搖晃著,總讓顧客驚呼連連,另也有推出其他口味的鬆餅。江若涵表示,店內焦糖和多種淋醬全都自製,並採用動物性鮮奶油、低溫烘烤的核桃、新鮮採購現切的水果等配料做成甜口味厚鬆餅,還有特製鹹味厚鬆餅,讓不愛甜食的人也能品嚐厚鬆餅的美味。
