【吃遍好滋味】台南小吃潮味二代店‧小ㄚ鳳浮水魚焿

有著清新風格的「小ㄚ鳳」,賣的是道地台南味的浮水虱目魚羹,也是名聞遐邇的保安路「阿鳳浮水虱目魚焿」二代店,由創始人阿鳳的孫女林佳儒所經營,傳承老店做法,將新鮮虱目魚和旗魚混合打成魚漿,包入虱目魚肚或魚背肉捏成魚羹粒,放入滾水煮熟後,再利用煮魚羹粒的湯水加入番薯粉芶芡做成羹湯,整碗滿是鮮魚釋出的鮮甜味。

說到大改風格經營二代店,林佳儒笑著說:「除了傳承老味道,也希望人們到台南能很優雅地品嚐傳統小吃,試想情侶們來台南旅遊吃傳統路邊攤,吃完汗流浹背的狼狽樣子,誰都不願意吧!」不同於老店只賣浮水魚羹,「小ㄚ鳳」另提供碗粿、小菜、台灣茶葉冷泡茶,以及綜合蔬菜、香菇冬粉、玉米豬肉和高麗菜豬肉等口味煎餃,採每日不固定口味推出,讓選擇更豐富!
