鐵皮屋頂整個被吹落在地上，上方還勾著電線，斷掉電線的在地放冒著火光，現場一片混亂，就連活動式車庫，也被吹到幾乎只剩下骨架，住戶驚魂未定地跑出來觀看。

「看到風這邊吹來，這邊又來，就整個捲起來了」、「1、2秒捲上去就掉下來了」，目擊民眾回想當時直呼恐怖。3日上午9時許，台南市仁德區行大二街疑似颳起了龍捲風，幾秒的時間內摧毀了不少物品。

氣象預報員指出，上午9時許，台南颳起七級陣風，是否因為旺盛的對流下衝導致，還要進一步釐清。
