台南市善化分局人事室主任，19日下午完成新卸任主管交接，過程圓滿成功。善化警分局原人事室主任蘇淑菁，調任台南市政府人事處股長，台南市北區立人國小主任石笠妍，調任善化警分局人事室主任。
善化警分局長呂世明表示，該分局人事室專業服務表現有口皆碑，新任石笠研主任人事素養與行政經驗皆足以勝任，期望能帶領人事室同仁繼續戮力從公、為推動人事業務一起努力。
呂世明分局長表示，非常感謝蘇淑菁主任，在分局服務期間認真盡責，對於交付任務均能圓滿達成，心中縱然萬般不捨，對於同仁有傑出的表現或榮升時，還是給予祝福，期許蘇主任在新職單位事事順遂、步步高升；並持續善用人事專才繼續為政府貢獻心力。
石笠妍主任係靜宜大學青少年兒童福利學系畢業；曾任台南市政府科員、東區復興國小主任、北區立人國小主任。
