〔記者萬于甄/台南報導〕台南龍崎因土壤屬砂質地,相當適合種植綠竹筍,因此也有「采竹之鄉」的美名,近年來龍崎農會為開拓綠竹筍銷售通路,以共選共計之產銷班分散市場,此外,一年一度的綠竹筍評鑑19日上午8點將在龍崎文衡殿前廣場舉行,龍崎農會更用同業結盟推出竹筍風味餐,歡迎民眾一同來品嘗。

龍崎區農會指出,農會輔導蔬菜產銷班以「共選共計」共同運銷,23年來綠竹筍品質採用特優及嚴選分級,在台北果菜市場獲肯定,更讓班員收益增加,不過,為分散銷售市場,近年也與如記食品公司簽訂收購綠竹筍,並供應好市多、全聯、超商及市場等,拓展銷售通路。

龍崎種植綠竹筍約400公頃,幾乎全年皆可採收,風味清甜甘脆如梨,形狀略彎呈牛角狀,有「龍崎牛角筍」之稱,農會表示,今年因受到去年豪大雨影響,綠竹筍因雨水過多,影響後續的生長,導致產量恐少三分之一,目前綠竹筍每公斤價格約120元。

龍崎區農會今年配合鳳梨好筍季辦理綠竹筍評鑑活動,同時輔導在地田媽媽餐廳,以同業結盟方式推出竹筍風味餐,8菜2湯都是使用當季最新鮮的綠竹筍,歡迎民眾可前往龍崎區農會、大坑休閒農場、王家燻羊肉(南屏農場)品嘗竹筍風味餐、選購竹炭產品。
