畫面顯示時間為昨天下午接近2點半，PO文指出，黑衣男子持長柄刀站在關廟區保順路與保東一街口，砂石車轉入時，避免發生危險，有放慢速度，司機還搖下車窗查看，黑衣男揮手表示「沒事，過去」。
砂石車一開走，黑衣男竟騎機車追上來，甚至想拉開車門卻失敗，駕駛因此下車，黑衣男就轉頭往回跑，騎機車離去，過程全被駕駛座邊的行車記錄器，以及後方砂石車副駕駛座的人拍下來。
轄區的歸仁警分局保東派出所接獲報案，警方強調，正調閱路口監視器，要掌握涉嫌持刀男子的身份，深入調查中。
