〔記者張文川／台北報導〕台南市議會副議長郭信良被控涉嫌向官田鋼鐵公司收賄喬環評案，一、二審法院皆判郭信良與助理郭仲進無罪，最高法院今駁回檢方上訴，2人無罪定讞。

郭信良是民進黨籍，被控涉向官田鋼鐵公司收賄1200萬元，協助「喬」官田鍍鋅廠環評案，但收取700萬元前金後，環評仍未通過，台南地檢署依「利用職務機會詐取財物」罪嫌起訴2人。

前年8月台南地院一審認定證據不足，判郭信良2人無罪，去年10月台南高分院二審維持原判。台南高分檢認為二審判決違背法令，上訴至三審。

最高法院今評議認定，依據刑事速審法規定，一、二審若皆判無罪，須判決適用的法條牴觸憲法、釋憲或判例，才可成為上訴理由，檢方以違背法令為上訴三審理由，不符速審法規定，因此駁回上訴。
