〔記者王涵平、萬于甄／台南報導〕豪雨隨著鋒面北移，白河水庫上游關子嶺山區雨量昨晚驟增，水庫超過滿水位，以每秒一百六十三立方公尺進行調節性放水，請下游民眾注意安全，並遠離急水溪。
昨日上午降雨大多集中在市區，山區與溪北地區未見明顯雨勢，但至下午起風雨逐漸加強，蓄水功能不佳的白河水庫，放水量從每秒十八立方公尺到晚間提高至一百六十三立方公尺。
至昨晚八時，烏山頭水庫滿水位五十八．一八公尺，昨晚達五十七．五七公尺，以每秒廿立方公尺放水。虎頭埤水庫滿水位卅七公尺，水位達卅七．一四公尺持續放水。鏡面水庫滿水位一百四十三公尺，水位達一百四十三．○三公尺持續放水。
曾文水庫滿水位二百卅公尺，水位至昨晚八時達二百廿四．七四公尺，預計以每秒五十立方公尺進行調節性放水。
