受到熱低壓影響天氣不穩，海象跟著不好！台南有漁民駕駛舢舨在安平外海，因為機械故障船被大浪打翻，海巡隊派巡防艇將人救起；另外在恆春萬里桐海域，有民眾冒險下水，在海中載浮載沉差點被水流帶走，驚險萬分。

馬姓船長趴在翻覆的舢舨上面，在風浪中載浮載沉，海巡隊的小艇靠近終於把人救起，從另一個角度看，海浪一波一波，明顯看出海象不好，小艇好不容易才能接近舢舨，這個地點在台南安平外海，吳姓船長駕駛舢舨出海，因為機械故障失去動力，船被大浪打翻等待救援。

同樣是海象不穩定，在恆春的萬里桐海域，有民眾拍下了驚險的情況，救生員衝下水救人，硬是要下水的遊客，差一點就被水流帶走，墾管處表示，這兩天在墾丁周邊海域，都是插紅旗禁止下水，民眾千萬別冒險，否則依法開罰。氣象局也提醒，受到熱低壓影響，有強陣風，海域海象多變，民眾要特別小心。
