台南市安南區安清路一段往焚化爐到城南路左轉的水圳，9月15日午7時7分許被人發現有一具浮屍，台南市消防局出動消防人員前往下水協助打撈，撈起一名年約60歲的男浮屍，身分不詳，台南市警三分局呼籲民眾協助指認。
台南市消防局於9月15日上午7時7分許，接獲台南市警三分局員警轉報，在安南區安清路一段往焚化爐到城南路左轉的水圳有民眾發現一具浮屍，經派遣土城分隊前往查處，消防人員下水協助撈起一具年約60歲男性浮屍一具，身上沒有身分證明文件，身分不詳，即交由員警處理。
市警三分局指出，死者穿深藍色長T、深藍色西裝褲、左手戴錶，左手拇指少一截，警方呼籲有相符特徵的親友失蹤的民眾，請向三分局協助指認，以查明身分，死者找到回家之路。
