〔記者葉永騫／萬丹報導〕屏東萬丹大排堤防道路靠近永安橋，因連日大雨造成堤防崩塌，萬丹鄉長劉昭相前往勘查後下令大圳路封閉禁止車輛通行，民眾經過該路段需遶道通行。
西南氣流帶來的豪雨造成萬丹大排靠近萬丹鄉大圳路與上蚶路交叉路口附近，堤防道路崩塌約三十公尺，汽車已無法通行，萬丹鄉長劉昭相前往勘查後，擔憂崩塌的範圍擴大，尤其是氣象局預測又有西南氣流來襲，大雨可能造成危險，於是下令封閉該路段。
劉昭相指出，萬丹大排早期的堤防都是採取疊石工法，因為年久失修，導致各路段常常崩塌，尤其是颱風及暴雨後最容易造成堤防受損，永安橋段日前就發現道路龜裂，這次受到連日大雨損失毀損更加嚴重，已報請縣府協助搶修。
