屏東縣是南台灣24日唯一上班上課的縣市，但一早就下起大雨，台26線更出現土塊，交通大亂。屏東縣政府稍早也緊急宣布獅子鄉停班停課一天。

中央氣象局24日清晨預報，雲林、嘉義、台南、高雄、屏東、澎湖將有超大豪雨發生機率；苗栗縣、台中市、台東縣有大豪雨；新北市、宜蘭縣、桃園市、新竹縣、花蓮縣則要防範大雨發生。
截至目前，全台已經有台中市、彰化縣、雲林縣、南投縣、嘉義市、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣獅子鄉等縣市停止上班上課。
