警方表示，本月15日晚間接獲女子報案有人偷拍，警方獲報前往現場時，男子已經逃離，經調閱監視器畫面，發現一名22歲陳姓男子，昨天前往陳男住處逮人，陳男見警方找上門，自知難逃法網，坦承涉案。

陳男向警方供稱，當晚他也到該處運動完後，因一時好奇偷拍，高舉手機偷拍女子沐浴，事後相當後悔。由於被偷拍女子認為隱私遭侵犯，堅持要對陳男提告，警方訊後依妨害祕密罪嫌將陳男函送法辦。
