警方調查，涉嫌在瑞光夜市當街脫褲露鳥的55歲吳姓脫褲男，衣服髒汙、動作行為怪異，吳男被逮後自稱自己患有精神疾病，生活拮据，失業中，無經濟來源，且好幾餐沒吃東西，員警將其逮獲後也提供便當、礦泉水供其果腹充饑，詢問他為何要在公共場所脫褲露鳥?吳男則辯稱自己不知道，也沒有印象，全案依妨害風化罪嫌送辦。
