〔記者葉永騫／屏東報導〕屏東縣政府洪姓技正，因未歸還任職台南市府技士時期的公務機車而佔為已用，被依貪污罪判處有期徒刑10個月，緩刑1年，還得繳交5萬元罰款。
洪姓技正在台南市政府工作時因為業務需要使用公務機車，價值為5萬2千元，4年後洪男調到屏東縣政府任職，這部公務機車沒有歸還台南市政府，還托運到自己的家中作為私用，經過9年後台南市政府發現後才通知洪男繳回，並報廢這部超齡機車。
法官審理時洪姓技正坦承犯行，一時失慮未將涉案機車歸還，因此從輕處理判處10個月有期徒刑，褫奪公權1年，緩刑3年，並繳交5萬元罰款。
