〔記者羅欣貞／屏東報導〕屏東市中正國小創立於西元一八九八年，歷經戰亂、更名、遷校、重生的歷史轉折，今年將迎接一百二十週年校慶，本學期開學後校方陸續安排主題教學、街頭快閃表演等活動，為十二月中旬的校慶暖身，師生與校友充滿期待。
中正國小原名阿緱公學校，位於現今唐榮國小校址，並曾更名為黑金國小，因二戰轟炸，學校成為廢墟，遷至現今蘇州街校址，光復後改名中正國民學校，一九六八年定名中正國民小學。
校長陳文俊表示，迎接雙甲子校慶，開學起即為學生安排主題教學，編印校慶特刊、快閃表演、校慶主題及logo徵選等，九月二十八日還有退休同仁回娘家、十一月十日安排走過雙甲子感恩音樂會、十二月八日更有親子路跑等。
