今年台糖街市集及花燈展示位置集中在屏東市公所前，各種攤位共有二百攤，而這次的花燈造型以封神榜的人物為主，眾神花燈在台糖街一一展出，明天晚上七點半舉行啟燈儀式，十八日晚上則舉行新春晚會，邀請歌手朱俐靜、梅東生等人表演。
屏東市民代表會主席林恊松表示，為了讓這次的春節市集熱鬧有秩序，台糖園區內部分道路進行交通管制，這段期間民眾請遶道通行，而汽車停車位在廣東南路設有大型停車場，機車停車位則在台糖量販店旁，請民眾多加利用。
