〔記者蔡宗憲／屏東報導〕恆春半島受「谷超」颱風外圍環流影響，從早陰雨不斷，牡丹水庫水位已達臨界，決定在傍晚6時進行每秒10立方公尺調節性放水。
牡丹水庫滿水位為142公尺，下午2時已達標高138.20 公尺，有效蓄水量2149萬立方公尺，牡丹水庫為顧及運轉安全，決定進行調節性放水，並視進水量情況調升放水量，請下游民眾注意安全並遠離河床。
