原住民族文化園區位於屏東瑪家鄉內，除了有豐富的部落文化外，也是屏東著名景點「山川琉璃吊橋」的所在地，只要入園人數超過五千就會造成山路排隊壅塞。
目前園區內有八輛柴油遊園車，因未掛牌不符合上路規定，無法提供園區外的接駁服務，啟用的電動巴士，每輛將可載廿名遊客，春節期間將提供接駁服務，可疏通往瑪家鄉北葉村、禮納里部落、舊瑪家及筏灣部落，臨時接駁點將位於內埔鄉水門村忠孝路往瑪家鄉北葉村外環道路上。
