屏東里港警分局長楊龍祥結合屏東縣議員陳明達、王景山及善心人士王文忠，並率領分局志工中隊長吳淑珍等人，於日前前往轄內里港鄉大平村共同關懷慰問弱勢家庭，讓其感受社會的溫暖。
此次里港分局結合警察志工及善心人士於端午節前夕共同前往關懷慰問弱勢家庭，提供應節物資「肉粽」計有一百餘戶，民眾對於警察除維護治安及交通工作外，還能關懷到社會角落的弱勢族群，皆表達感謝之意。
警察結合志工及善心人士舉辦關懷弱勢義行，是主動關懷社區積極為民服務，民眾如發掘弱勢群，可主動聯繫警方或通知鄉公所、社福單位等，以便即時援助。也藉由端午佳節發送「肉粽」給弱勢族群，讓其能感受到社會的溫暖。也希望藉此次活動拋磚引玉，讓更多人關心弱勢族群，並展現員警親民、愛民溫暖的一面。
