而在等待主人期間，Q萌的「香菜」在派出所內，成為大家的開心果，每當員警忙碌時，牠就會乖巧的趴在值班台發呆，等到警員有空閒時，牠則是開心的飛撲、討拍，跟大家玩遊戲，讓許多員警都被牠融化了。幸好隔天下午，住在離派出所不遠的主人接獲通知，立即趕到跟「香菜」團圓，還心疼的把狗擁在懷中，表示差點以為找不回來，非常感謝協助的員警，不過對此警方也幽默表示，都是因為「香菜」太聰明，迷路還會到警局「報案」找主人！
