〔記者蔡宗憲／屏東報導〕墾丁南灣海灘一向是民眾戲水勝地，上午11時左右，北側海域赫然出現大量黑色髒污，形成另類的噁心陰陽海，不少衝浪客直呼身體都癢了，但仍有外國遊客恍然不知，泡在大片黑海中。
屏縣環保局、墾管處及恆春鎮長都到場了解，初步調查，原因是污水廠人員誤動開關，造成大量烏黑底泥入海，環保局已確定開罰。
衝浪客小貓氣憤表示，衝浪時有海龜在附近海域，很擔心這些污水影響這些海洋生物的健康，希望墾管處及環保單位撤查，別再讓墾丁形象雪上加霜。
