〔記者蔡宗憲／屏東報導〕「泰利」颱風掠過北台灣，恆春半島天氣晴朗，但不少遊客仍「受驚」，紛紛致電飯店詢問。
「泰利」颱風難得未影響南台灣海域，恆春半島東海岸仍有近兩公尺大浪，雖未封閉海域，適逢農曆七月，多數遊客都選擇在岸上觀浪。
墾丁各大民宿飯店業者粗估，淡季加上鬼月效應，原本住房率就僅五成上下，颱風消息確實有不少擔心天氣的詢問電話，但總體延期或取消不到一成。
