為增進義警人員協勤專業知識與應變能力，提昇義警團隊運作功能，屏東枋寮警分局於日前辦理「108年上半年義勇警察人員基本訓練」，課程安排「全民國防教育」、「義警人員福利互助業務」、「民防法暨編訓辦法、義警協勤工作、災害防救、反恐宣導」及「治安情資蒐集要領與警政政令宣導」，由專業授課講師精心規劃豐富課程內容，藉由活潑生動的上課方式與義警同仁互動，課程中同仁精神專注、發言踴躍，義警大隊長洪景崇也親自帶領大隊各級幹部前來慰問，肯定義警人員平日協助警方維護治安的辛勞，並勉勵義警人員持續協助警方加強犯罪預防工作、維持交通順暢，共同打造宜居城市。
分局長黃國源肯定所有義警同仁對轄區治安貢獻，並頒贈績優人員及最佳團體獎予以鼓勵，在轄區幅員廣大的枋寮分局，更需要協勤民力的協助，以共同維護民眾生命財產安全。
