〔記者蔡宗憲／屏東報導〕屏東車城福安宮「拜頭香」活動，依慣例在子時開廟門讓信徒參拜，不同於搶頭香的激烈，福安宮採取「人人皆頭香」的共拜方式，還有熱鬧摸彩活動，屏東縣長潘孟安年年回鄉參與，特別關心低迷的恆春半島觀光業。
福安宮廟前廣場，從晚間8時後就擠滿超過3千人潮，包括屏縣長潘孟安、警察局長江雅文、車城鄉長張春桂、三軍聯訓基地指揮官劉爾榮，及「拜頭香」推手墾丁福華飯店總經理張積光等人都到場參與。
熱鬧的拜頭香活動過程，潘孟安也特別拉著資深飯店業者張積光，憂心忡忡談論起墾丁近半年多年慘變「負面名詞」現象，希望藉此機會讓更多民眾知道恆春半島還有許多迷人景點，「墾丁」不是恆春半島旅遊的全部。
