〔記者洪臣宏／高雄報導〕76歲邱姓老翁17日晚間11時騎乘機車行經左營區自由四路，因未開後車燈且逆向行駛，被警方攔檢後主動坦承有喝酒，並表示近80歲望能放他一馬，當他得知會吃上官司，喃喃抱怨「喝酒助眠也要抓」，心情平復後卻懊惱不已。
邱姓老翁因騎車違規被抓，酒測值為0.48mg/L，他到了派出所做筆錄，才知道將被依公共危險罪嫌移送地檢署，情緒疑似無法平復，一度自言自語抱怨喝點酒助睡眠也要抓」，心情低落。
他說平常不太會喝酒，因為當晚友人邀約他聚餐，席間友人說「喝一點酒比較好睡」，他喝了不到2瓶啤酒，沒想到因此犯法。
