高雄警方今天發布訊息指出，今年4月13日接獲檢舉，指1輛休旅車在三民區違規併排停車，前往查看確認無誤，寄出罰單給車主；車主於8月25日提出申訴，聲稱他只是人頭，車輛不是他開的。
車主強調，違規車輛是5年前，朋友用他的名義買的，最近收到行政執行署寄發的滯納金通知單後，才知道該車被開了300多張罰單，7萬多元罰金都沒有繳，希望警方查明後撤銷。
但因違規事實明確，警方只能駁回申訴，並建議人頭車主儘快辦理過戶，以免衍生更多困擾。
