本月18日下午2時許，三民第一警分局哈爾濱所接獲漢口街一處雜貨店蔡姓老闆報案指，她與父親在雜貨店看店，成姓婦人到店內消費，順口詢問要借洗手間使用，沒想到成婦借完廁所後，順手竊走廁所入口處的錢包，內有9000元。
警調閱路口監視器後鎖定成婦，前天循線通知她到案說明，成婦供稱，有債務無法償，一時貪念，偷走錢包，竊得9000元立即拿去償還債務。警方訊後以竊盜罪嫌將成嫌函送法辦。
