鄰近高雄愛河之心的奧利佛餐廚,是平價卻又創意十足的義式餐廚,個性開朗的老闆張迦絢約有20年餐廳經驗,約2年半前自行開店,將腦海中堆疊的創意運用在自己的料理上,像以剝皮辣椒雞搭配義大利麵、XO醬搭配雞肉或海鮮等,餐廳時常推出不在菜單上的隱藏版創意料理,給客人用餐的驚喜。

邵阿咩首推超大戰斧豬排,16盎司的豬排以特製醬料火烤,邵阿咩說火候烤得恰到好處,吃來帶汁又不會太柴,而且還附義大利麵或燉飯,對一般人而言分量十足,不過大食女邵阿咩竟還加點了小火鍋,戰力滿點!

奧利佛餐廚的料理多以排餐搭配義麵或燉飯,可以吃到雙重滿足,耶誕節聚餐也能以平實價位和朋友歡慶,平日午餐亦有198元的主食附湯、麵包和飲料,平價的好滋味,難怪能擄獲邵阿咩的胃。
