旗山老街附近必吃的60年老字號庶民美食,現在建工路也可以吃得到。地瓜粉手工製作的肉圓,蒸過後在利用鐵板油煎,油煎出脆度與香氣。

豐克牛肉麵

營業到凌晨1時,是高雄內惟人的深夜食堂。麵條口感有韌性,帶筋牛肉塊軟嫩又Q彈,湯頭口味帶有中藥香味;此外,麻醬麵也是店內招牌之一。

無名烤肉攤

位於日昌路跟九如四路交叉口,是內惟的隱藏美食,店家還是使用傳統的純木炭烤肉,相較外面用瓦斯火爐的燒烤,多了炭香味,也許正是保留這個傳統烤法,讓許多饕客趨之若鶩,常常一等就要半小時以上,客人也是絡繹不絕。
