湯姓男子去年11月1 日下午4 時15分許，進到高雄市博愛路一家理容院，要求開包廂叫小姐服務，還點了水酒、餐點享用，整整服務了3個鐘頭。
當天晚間7時15分，理容院高姓經理，送上消費帳單（包廂、小姐服務費5700元，餐單、水酒飲料費350元）共6050元，湯男則兩手一攤說，他身上沒錢，店家報警提告詐欺。
經查，湯男5年前也同樣涉及兩起白吃白喝，被依詐欺送辦，分別被判3個月及4個月刑期，因繳不出罰金，入獄半年才出獄。湯僅國中畢業學歷，自稱賣過膠帶，案發後，還未還店家錢，橋頭地院這次因而加重判他6個月徒刑，如易科罰金18萬元，並須追徵6050元賴帳金額。
