交通局說明，該用地為停車場用地，考量當地大樓發展興建快速衍伸的停車需求、及改善周邊停車秩序，經當地里長及民代建議，並經交通局會勘與評估後，決定開闢清豐公有停車場。
停車場已於日前完工並正式開放使用，歡迎民眾多加利用，停車費率採用計次收費，小型車每次30元（6小時計費1次，離場再停或跨日則另計次收費），交通局同時呼籲民眾依規定停車，並禁止於場內從事停車以外的違反社會秩序及公共安全活動，共同維持停車秩序暨保持環境整潔。
