高雄市地政局指出，第3季最受矚目的翠屏國中區段徵收區，最後2筆1標精華土地，面積達1960坪，位於後勁溪德惠橋畔，今天共吸引7家建商搶進，最後以5億5100萬元脫標，溢價8963萬餘元，溢價率19.42％，每坪脫標價約28.1萬元，再創區內住宅用地行情新高。
高雄大學區段徵收區則推出1筆住四用地，鄰近中山高中及家樂福商圈，吸引3建商投標，最後以2億1020萬元脫標，溢價3904萬餘元，溢價率22.81％，每坪脫標價約27.2萬元。
仁武區的第84期市地重劃區，首次推出一筆小面積角地，位於北屋滯洪池公園旁，吸引6 封標單競標，脫標價每坪30.5萬元，溢價率達26.38％，是本季溢價率最高者。
