〔記者蘇福男／高雄報導〕高雄彌陀區漯底山自然公園木棧道部分風化、蛀蝕，有安全顧慮，彌陀區公所提出改善計畫，經立委邱志偉爭取，獲農委會水土保持局和台電興達發電廠800萬元經費補助修繕，日前已完工開放通行。
立委邱志偉指出，漯底山標高60公尺，原為海岸砲兵陣地，早年因屬軍事管制區未對外開放，保留了豐富的自然原貌，山巒起伏，翠綠林蔭，2006年成立漯底山自然公園，面積約56公頃，交由彌陀鄉公所管理，軍事基地和惡地地形為園區一大特色。
彌陀區長羅長安說，此次風化、蛀蝕改善的木棧道長120多公尺，改為塑木，另100多尺改為礫石道，公所設計的環狀登山棧道，左去右回，右去左回，都可回到原點，沿著棧道步行而上，可到達360度視野的觀景平台，彌陀魚塭、台灣海峽、大小崗山盡收眼底，美不勝收。
