近日南台灣因熱帶性低氣壓及其外圍環流影響，導致大雨成災，各地紛紛傳出災情。高雄林園區就有一處3層樓透天房屋，傾斜偏移量約達90公分，經專業技師勘查後確認已無法移正，被市府建管處判定為危樓，27日上午委外拆除，避免因接連的豪雨而再釀出災禍。同時，對於該住戶保留求償的權利，市府也表示尊重。
