〔記者黃建華／高雄報導〕國慶日開槍掃射慶祝嗎?方姓、李姓男子前年國慶日投宿苓雅區某商旅，涉嫌將房內浴室的門當靶子，分持2把空氣槍掃射，造成凹陷毀損不堪使用，商旅人員查房發現報警提告，高雄地檢署近日偵結，將2人依毀損罪嫌起訴。
檢方起訴指出，方姓、李姓2名男子2017年10月10日國慶日投宿苓雅區某商旅703房，涉嫌將房內浴室的門當槍靶，各持1把空氣槍掃射浴室門，致該門凹陷毀損不堪使用，嗣經商旅石姓管理人員查訪房間發現，向苓雅警分局報案提告。
方、李2人在警訊、檢方偵訊時坦承犯行，並有監視器翻攝影像為證，檢方認為被告犯行堪以認定，近日偵結將2人依毀損罪嫌起訴。
