王姓男子因不滿八旬獨居陳姓男子擲筊聲音太吵，涉嫌持鐵鎚打死。高雄地檢署偵結，認被告王男手段兇殘，依殺人罪嫌起訴，並向法官求請從重量刑。

高雄地檢署今天公布的起訴書指出，民國106年3月25日，前往打掃的房東發現80歲陳男租用的套房房門未上鎖，發覺有異進入察看，發現陳男倒臥已無氣息，趕緊向轄區高雄市警察局苓雅分局報案。

警方查出死者生活作息正常，但經常在房內擲筊產生聲響，並曾因此與鄰居52歲王男吵架，警方研判可能因此引發殺機，鎖定王男追查。

警方於隔日循線到高雄市小港區一家海產店查緝王男，他坦承因為長期受到陳男播放佛經、擲筊的聲響干擾，影響睡眠品質，一氣之下以鐵鎚攻擊陳男頭部和臉部20多下後逃逸。

高雄地檢署偵結，認被告王男手段兇殘，依殺人罪嫌起訴，並向法官求請從重量刑。
