〔記者蔡清華／高雄報導〕受熱帶性低氣壓滯留的影響，南部山區雨勢不斷，原本「空庫防淤」的阿公店水庫一夕爆滿，逼近37公尺滿水位，今天凌晨2時起，為保霸堤安全以每秒85立方米洩洪。
南水局副局長鄒漢貴表示，因集水區雨勢不斷，阿公店水庫從昨天凌晨迄今仍持續放水，目前水位約35.5公尺，蓄水量約1600立方米。
鄒漢貴說，阿公店水庫排洪道，並未導入典寶溪、土庫排水，岡山、永安地區的淹水情況，應該與阿公店水庫無關，各地的排水幾乎都滿了，整體而言主要是降雨集中，猛烈所造成。
