高雄一名劉姓女子2日清晨6時許發現屋內有動靜，打開燈後就看到身材壯碩的謝姓男子，嚇到趕緊拿出房內僅有的800元。謝男臨走前還跟劉女「打勾勾」不能報警，但2小時候就被警方逮回，全案依搶奪罪嫌送辦。
警方表示，謝男（26歲，有詐欺前科）身穿帽T、戴口罩潛入劉女（27歲）套房內，被發現後立刻向對方表明缺錢花用，順利得手800元。調閱監視器後發現，原來謝男早已在清晨5時許時就已躡手躡腳的進入住宅，出來後就騎乘機車逃逸，因此以車追人，終於在鳳山住處找到正在呼呼大睡的他。

謝男落網後供稱，前幾年曾在這邊租屋，退租時沒有將備份鑰匙歸還，近日因缺錢花用才會異想天開，跑進屋內行搶，被依搶奪罪嫌送辦。劉女得知消息後表示，居然不到2小時就破案，讓她回家以後能夠安心睡覺。
