民進黨立委趙天麟在高雄左楠區的市議員參選人李雅慧，20日公布結果，以9.7%驚險通過初選。這也是趙天麟推派三名刺客出征市議員，第二位通過初選的人選，唯一落敗的僅有「立法院王陽明」之稱的張以理。
趙天麟挑戰高雄市長初選落馬之後，派出的三位刺客參選議員，分別有角逐鳳山的林智鴻、三民區的張以理，以及左楠的李雅慧。
在林智鴻成功出線之後，有高媒體曝光的張以理難敵三民區地方勢力落馬，但20日民進黨公布左楠區的初選結果，李雅慧拿下9.7%，驚險勝過高雄市長陳菊、立委劉世芳，以及立委陳其邁所力挺的黃偵琳9.5％，雙方僅僅相差0.2個百分點。
