鳳山區海洋一路一棟舊式5層樓公寓，8日凌晨2時許驚傳爆炸聲響！案發當時林姓屋主與妻子在家，聽聞爆炸聲響起後立即逃出，發現一樓的鐵捲門被炸到掀開，壓壞門前汽車，門窗都出現裂痕，還有不少物品被噴飛到馬路上，一片狼藉。
林姓屋主原以為是瓦斯氣爆，但經過檢視後，發現家中2瓦斯桶皆完好，所幸無人員傷亡。由於目前氣爆原因不明，相關火警原因有待火調科調查。不過，’ 當時氣爆聲響之大，附近鄰居也都被驚醒。
警方則是表示，案發現場是一棟舊式公寓（5層樓），有分層住戶，當下因女屋主在逃離過程中有被玻璃割到，幸好為小傷，無大礙，至於，確切的爆炸原因仍待進一步調查。
