〔記者蔡宗勳、陳璟民／嘉義報導〕嘉義地區不堪暴雨成災，多名車主的愛車誤闖或閃避不及而成了泡水車，國道三號民雄交流道涵洞區昨淹水阻路，有瑪莎拉蒂跑車滅頂使車主損失慘重，也有貨車試圖闖關終告失利，過程遭人攝錄上網，在臉書、Line群組分享，看到的人直呼「太神奇了」，甚至打趣說這款「水陸兩用車」即將大賣。
臉書社團「民雄大小事」瘋傳兩段影片，是一輛貨車行抵民雄交流道時，在幾乎水漫車頭的情況下，駕駛仍緩速開車勇往直前，車斗幾已全部沒入水中，令人瞠目結舌；到底有沒有闖關成功？另一段影片顯示貨車淹到剩一部分車頭，駕駛與妻子狼狽爬出車窗到車頂待援，本報訪知民雄消防分隊昨早九點多獲報，派員開橡皮艇載他們脫困。
