記者上午前往該間診所，邱國杰委由員工回覆因在看診尚無法回應。
緩起訴書指出，邱國杰等人涉及指示助理將到牙醫診所就診的病患，在病患不知情情況下，帶到醫美診所盜刷健保卡，再由顏姓檢驗師登載不實病歷、就診紀錄跟處方箋到申請診察費、診療費系統申報，以及要求不符篩檢愛滋病毒條件的對象，抽血篩檢等，另以每月1萬到1萬2000元代價租用朱姓藥師執照，不實記載非朱某調劑的紀錄，申報藥費及藥事服務費等情形。
