[新頭殼newtalk] 嘉義市知名排隊美食福義軒蛋捲和福椒餅，6月1日起調漲，蛋捲門市原價每包150元調漲為160元，福椒餅原價85元調漲為90元，其他餅乾也跟著微調，福義軒行政當局表示，三年未調價，成本已經提高太多，請消費者多包涵。
福義軒是60多年老店，過去曾一度沒落，十幾年前團隊改變經營模式，不再透過經銷商，而是直接從門市賣手工蛋捲給消費者，意外形成排隊黃牛文化，業績一路長紅，目前在嘉義市檜意森活村及台南北門教堂等知名景點設有分店。
福義軒目前正在研發嘉義市其他重要美食相關口味餅乾，例如雞肉飯口味餅乾和砂鍋魚頭口味餅乾等，行政當局表示，還在研發階段，尚未問市。
