桃園地檢署檢察官一早率法醫抵達中壢殯儀館，勇消遺體陸續送達，家屬也紛紛來到殯儀館，關心解剖進度。
其中，殉職勇消李翰霖的媽媽之前針對檢察官解剖遺體釐清死因，一度無法接受；她曾哽咽表示，兒子又不是壞人，大家都知道他是因公殉職，還要解剖的話，難道還有天理？不過此事經過檢警溝通後，眼涙早已流乾的家屬也只能無奈接受。
